Delete Your Account & Data

The fastest way to delete your account is to do it yourself while signed in:

1. Sign in to sked7.com
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

If you are using the installed app (PWA) on your phone, the steps are identical — the Settings menu is available from your profile icon.

Select “Support Request” and include the email address on your account so we can locate it. We will verify ownership before processing the request.

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed within 30 days:

• Your profile (name, email, profile photo, date of birth, bio)
• Events you created (and their attendee lists, comments, and photos)
• Your messages, comments, likes, and other social activity
• Your friend connections and group memberships
• Calendars and calendar items you own
• Push notification tokens and email-preference records
• Authentication credentials and session data

Some information may be retained after deletion for the following reasons:

• Shared content: Comments or messages you sent to other users or groups may remain visible to those recipients, displayed as “Deleted user” without any personal identifiers.
• Safety & legal records: Limited audit logs, moderation records, and records of policy violations may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and protect other users.
• Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
• Financial records: Transaction records, where applicable, may be retained as required by tax and accounting law.
